Email shivansh@nayakandco.in. Include the page or feature, an approximate time and a short description. A screenshot can help, after hiding private information. Never send passwords, access tokens, full payment-card details or another person’s prospect list.

We aim to acknowledge ordinary support requests within two business days. For a billing or payment complaint, we respond within four business days with a resolution or a clear next step. This does not promise round-the-clock support.

Privacy requests and grievances

Shivansh Nayak handles website privacy questions and grievances. Use “Privacy request” in the subject and explain which interaction or information your request concerns. We may verify identity proportionately. We aim to resolve grievances within one month or explain the applicable process and any delay. Statutory rights remain available.

Report a security concern privately

Use “Security report” as the subject and share the affected URL, reproduction steps and potential impact. Do not access other users’ data, disrupt the service or publish sensitive details. We do not offer a paid bug bounty or promise safe-harbour terms through this page.
