By using the Nayak website, joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using Scout and related services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
Nayak is a platform for autonomous AI employees. Scout is the first: an AI sales representative for prospect research, outreach preparation, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene under your direction. Features marked launching soon may not be available yet.
3. Accounts
You may create or log into an account before launch. You are responsible for accurate details and credential security. Onboarding into Scout’s workspace opens on launch day.
4. Waitlist & Early Access
Joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription. If you join during the 7 days before launch, you may receive 7 days of free Scout access after launch, subject to eligibility verification.
5. AI Employee Usage
Outputs from Scout are assistive. You remain responsible for reviewing content before sending it to prospects and for complying with applicable laws. Scout does not guarantee sales or revenue.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not break the law or send spam or deceptive communications
- Do not attempt unauthorised access to systems or other users’ data
- Do not interfere with the platform’s security or availability
7. Pricing & Payment
Paid plans and checkout open at launch. Prices shown as “announced at launch” are not binding offers.
8. Intellectual Property
Nayak branding, software, and site content are owned by Nayak or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit.
9. Disclaimer
The website and services are provided “as is” during the launch period. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nayak disclaims warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
